I managed to see the Christmas lights being switched on at Leadenhall Market. Talk about being the most festive setting! Mulled wine and a minced pie too! I heard about this market because as well as dating back to the 14th century, it was also used to represent The Leaky Cauldron and Diagon Alley in Harry Potter!
